Statutes of Association

Mother Kush Cannabis Club is a private, non-profit association of adult cannabis consumers, constituted under Organic Law 1/2002 regulating the Right of Association and applicable Basque regional legislation.

Nature of the Association

The association is not a commercial establishment. It does not sell, advertise or offer products to the general public. Its activity is limited to its registered members within a closed, private circle, on a strictly non-profit basis.

Membership

Membership is restricted to persons aged 21 years or older who are already cannabis consumers. Admission requires the invitation or endorsement of an existing member and completion of the association's admission procedure. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

Purpose

The association exists to provide a private, safe and discreet environment for its members, to promote responsible and informed use, and to reduce the risks associated with the illicit market. No activity of the association is directed at minors or non-members.

Conduct

Members agree to uphold the association's principles of discretion, respect and legality. Any activity outside the association's private premises, and any resale or distribution to third parties, is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate expulsion.
